What is SSF (Short Stay Facilities)?
SSF is a small branch of housing corporation De Key. SSF rents out fully furnished rooms to international students. The maximum rental period is one year. 

How does SSF work?
SSF works together with several educational institutes, among which the UvA, the VU and the HvA. SSF rents out rooms to students and staff members that have been put forward by the educational institutes.

How many rooms does SSF have?
SSF has approximately 1000 rooms to rent out. The rooms are in different locations and room types, sizes and prices vary. Look under "Properties" for more information.

Is SSF an option for me?
If your educational institute does not have an agreement with SSF, it is unlikely that we will be able to offer you housing during the educational year. Look under "SSF later" to find out more.
